Lola Adeyemo brings a rich blend of expertise from the biotechnology and corporate management sectors, with over 15 years of experience in diverse global roles. Holding a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor in Biochemistry, she is deeply engaged in her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. As the visionary founder and CEO of EQImindset, Lola focuses on management consulting, specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), launching, and optimizing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
Lola also co-founded Sapient Logic LLC, a tech firm based in San Diego, and leads the non-profit, Immigrants in Corporate Inc., enhancing the professional environment for immigrant professionals and ERG leaders. She effectively balances her professional endeavors with her personal life as a mother of three, demonstrating her commitment to promoting workplace policies that support work-life harmony.
